Yes, we routinely deliver to all areas of metropolitan Melbourne. We can also organize delivery contractors throughout regional and rural Victoria.
2. What times can I organize to pick up my furniture?
Furniture can be picked up from our loading bay during office hours Monday to Friday and from 9-12 on Saturdays.
3. What payment types do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment, including major credit cards (including American Express & Diners), EFT and mobile EFT on our delivery trucks.
4. Are you open for late night trading on Fridays?
Unfortunately, we are not open for late night trading on Fridays.
5. Do you offer fabric protection for your sofa beds and other upholstered furniture?
Yes, we offer a 5 year fabric protection warranty, including for leather.
6. Can I purchase my rental furniture after the term expires?
Yes, you can organise to purchase your rental furniture at the conclusion of the rental period.
7. Do you custom make furniture?
A wide range of our Australian made sofa beds, sofas, dining, bed-heads and other selected items can be customized to suit your needs.
8. Is my rental furniture insured?
Yes, all hire furniture is insured for fire and theft.
9. Do I have to rent a complete package?
No. We can assist you to select a rental furniture package that suits your personal requirements and your budget.
10. Can I extend my rental package?
Yes, you can extend your rental package. Just let us know how long you want it extended and we’ll do the rest.
11. Can I augment my existing furniture rental package?
Yes, you can add extra furniture at any time.
12. How quickly can my rental furniture be delivered and setup?
Your rental furniture can be delivered and set up in as little as 24 hours.
13. Can I choose my own rental furniture?
Yes, all clients are most welcome to visit the showroom to choose and view the furniture packages.
Long term clients have the option of ordering custom made furniture.
14. Can I hire some temporary furniture while considering my needs for long term furniture rental of furniture purchase?
Yes. You may choose to hire furniture on a temporary basis, while you consider your long term rental or purchase furniture package.
