Questions you may have when renting furniture.

1.	What about furniture delivery? Our specialist team can deliver and set up your furniture, generally within 48 hours.
2.	What about furniture Delivery Charges? Delivery is a separate charge.
3.	What about furniture insurance and theft? All our furniture is covered against fire, water leakage or any other unavoidable acts and theft.
4.	Is it possible to view the furniture? All our furniture is able to be viewed at our huge Richmond showroom.
5	How do I pay for the furniture rental? All major credit cards, BPay, cheques, money orders, EFTPOS and cash are accepted. Long term furniture rentals are paid monthly in advance. Short term furniture rentals are paid in advance for the full rental term. We are able to invoice Corporate company accounts when accompanied by purchase orders.
6.	When renting furniture, does Compleat Interiors give discounts for multiple payments in advance? Substantial discounts are offered when renting furniture if rental payments are made in advance.
7.	What about buying the rented furniture? All furniture can be purchased during, or at the completion of, the rental period. Compleat Interiors even offer a very attractive discount if you wish to buy the furniture.
8.	What if I don’t like the furniture that I have chosen? If you find that once you have the furniture in place or your tastes change during the rental period, we will gladly change the furniture.
9.	What if an appliance doesn’t work properly? All rental appliances will be replaced or repaired within 2 business days, free of charge.
10.	What if I damage the furniture? Accidents can happen, so please advise us if any item has been damaged.
